About

I’m a Provisional Psychologist currently completing my Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University. I have experience working in public health and university clinic settings, supporting teenagers and adults with challenges like anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and personality concerns.

In our sessions, my goal is to create a welcoming and approachable space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I believe therapy is a team effort, so I’ll work with you to find what feels right and focus on what matters to you. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support a wide range of concerns, always tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs. I also have experience using Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) in the treatment of eating disorders.

I’m especially passionate about helping people experiencing anxiety, eating disorders, and difficulties related to trauma. I’m here to support you in tackling life’s challenges, recognising and building upon your strengths, and making changes that feel meaningful and lasting.
