About
I am a friendly, compassionate and warm Clinical Psychologist. My approach is gentle, collaborative and non-judgemental and I like to focus on my client’s strengths and use these to overcome challenges. I believe in empowering clients so that they can work towards their values and goals and increase their quality of life.
I have worked in both public and private health care settings. I have experience with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-harm and trauma. I also have a special interest in working with eating disorders, self-esteem, body image and Maudsley Family Based Therapy. I work with adults, children and adolescents and can deliver therapy to families as well as one-on-one.
