About
I am a compassionate Provisional Psychologist with experience assessing and treating individuals across various age groups, mainly with adolescents and adults presenting with mental health diagnoses (i.e. anxiety related disorders, depressive related disorders, OCD and related disorder, and psychotic disorders) and neurodiverse individuals (i.e., ASD, ADHD, ID, and learning difficulties). I collaborate with families to navigate the intricacies of family dynamics, fostering a supportive and holistic approach to mental health care.
I provide warmth, reliability, honesty, and unconditional positive regard. I am a dedicated advocate for social betterment. I am passionate about assisting individuals facing everyday life challenges, contributing to positive guidance, and enhancing the well-being of both individuals and their families. I utilise diverse therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs of clients across various contexts and age groups.
I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychoeducation.
