About

I am a Provisionally Registered Psychologist currently studying a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Western Sydney University. I am completing my final student placement at the Mind Body Practice. I work with adolescents and adults.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, person-centred and evidence based. I acknowledge that our unique human experiences bring a range of difficulties, strengths, and needs. I believe that a strong and genuine therapeutic connection is fundamental when working with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. Therefore, I work hard to ensure that clients feel safe, supported, understood, and validated.

I have an interest in working across a range of presentations such as, depression, anxiety, trauma and stressor related disorders, and body image concerns.
